HOLIDAYHAUNTS "HONESTY BOX" - TERMS &
CONDITIONS (Jan 2010)
1. You do not have to pay any annual subscription at all. Your advert will stay on
HolidayHaunts for free, indefinitely.
And no bookings means nothing to pay
2. You are always completely honest with us when declaring whether any enquiries have
led to any bookings
3. Whenever you take a booking as a result of a HolidayHaunts enquiry, you must volunteer
this information to HolidayHaunts straight away and pay us for each booking 5%
of the booking value, with a minimum of GBP £15 (EUR 20), and up to a maximum of £45
(EUR 60) for any one booking.

Upper cap : you will never be required to pay more than £75 in
any rolling twelve month period for any single property. Were you to make enough bookings
in a 12-month period to trigger payment over that level, any additional
bookings would be free
4. You will provide us with relevant and
timely feedback about every enquiry you recieve as a result of HolidayHaunts. You might do
this by copying us onto your reply(ies) to the enquirer (preferred), so we can see if an
enquiry might be accommodated or not - or alternatively simple tell us as each
enquiry finishes either unseccessfully, or as a booking. Additionally we will periodically
request confirmation from you by eMail that you have not taken any bookings from
HolidayHaunts enquiries and you must reply to this eMail promptly and honestly. When we
receive cc's of eMail enquiries, we will randomly follow up some of them with the
enquiring holidaymaker.
5. We will not publish a web link or a phone number on your advert. The only published way
to contact you will be by eMail. If the holidaymaker could transfer onto your web site,
the linkage to Holidayhaunts is usually not made. |
